Horror story

 That day of September, Jess was walking back home from high school. She was joyful as it was her birthday and she wanted to celebrate it with her family. She arrived home, opened the door, and found no one was at home. She was confused. Her family was supposed to be waiting for her but the only thing she discovered was a bloody letter.

Unfortunately, there was no information but the letter she had discovered. What was going to be a wonderful day, turned out to be a complete nightmare. She didn’t want to read the letter but the only time her parents would leave her alone at home was for Christmas shopping. She didn’t understand what was happening this time. Jess was so excited about her birthday but all happiness faded as soon as she read the message. 

Suddenly, when she was about to read the letter, out of nowhere, Matt, her best friend, came from his hiding spot and tried to stab her with a knife. She shouted: “That snake!” Luckily for her, the three years of karate paid off. Not letting this accident blind her mind, she finally read the letter. Someone had kidnapped her parents and was going to throw them down a precipice. She was extremely scared but she was determined not to let anyone ruin her birthday. 

At the end, Jess went to the meeting spot. She found a single letter and some ingredients. Then, she started reading the letter when, all of a sudden, four men started to surround her. She felt trapped but she was the only hope to save her parents. She run past them and, luckily, outrun them. After all the persecution Jess had felt throughout the day, she read the final letter. The kidnapper had sent her parents to Argentina and,  then Jess knew, she wasn’t going to see her parents ever again.
